five day recap
i had a five day weekend but that's not all good news, but it's not all bad either:

- on wednesday at 1:30 AM, lj and i found ourselves packing tiny in our car and rushing to the animal emergency clinic. two hours of sleep within a 24 hour period and more than a thousand dollars later, we are all in the clear. tiny's still under observation but atleast she's home now and seem to be getting better everyday. how do people survive having sick kids when we break down seeing our dog throwing up blood? i can't even imagine...

- we've decided to move all of our pets from one vet to another. after seeing how dr. pickerstein took care of tiny, i'm convinced that he'll take care of all of our pets. i wish human doctors are as attentive and understanding as he is...

- venti is adorable but, as a puppy, she's really a bit annoying. patience is a virtue and i need to know where i can buy some more of it. this morning i freaked out when i saw her running away with my favorite shoes in her mouth. tiny's never done that. never. venti's twice the challenge as tiny. as i've said before, i hope tiny doesn't pick up any bad habits from venti.

- this weekend, after all the stress from last week, it was nice to just ride around the valley. lj and i took our motorcycles out, took long windy roads, and ended up at an indian restaurant all the way out in the country. surprisingly, it was damn good indian food that they served there. riss, it's a trip but i'm sure you'll appreciate (and yes, they have meat!).

- new news at work but i can't talk about details yet. just know that i've been stressed out the past couple of weeks and was finally relieved this past friday. will let you know more details probably by tomorrow or something.

Sam ate 2 pairs of boots. Has Venti started beagle barking yet?
