fine dining in a fine city with some fine friends

at 'lure' where we shared some good eats like oysters, yellowtail with jalapeno sauce, crabcakes, skate with foie gras, seared tuna, whatever gail had, spinach and asparagus and some drinks to go with it. for dessert we had ice cream sandwiches, key lime cheesecake, rhubarb up-side-down cake, devil's food cake, some kick ass pecan tart thingy that i'm still craving today.

Ria - yeah - sooo good! at nobu they served oysters with different stuff on it. i think my fave is the one with the jalapeno grapefruit sauce on it but i can't remember where i had it!

Funny how you mention there's something you still crave...there was this porcini mushroom thing I had in Rome that keeps me drooling.
