Second Chance at Life

So, Illinois is issuing second chance at life to inmates on death row. Rather, the governor of Illinois is issuing second chance at life to about 150 inmates on death row. I'm sure not all residents of Illinois agree with him. Maybe he's up for re-election or something. And maybe, some of the inmates who have been sentenced to death are innocent. I hope they are. They better be.
